Enrollment dates

School of Economics - School of Political and Social Sciences - School of Agricultural, Food and Environmental Sciences - School of Banking, Finance and Insurance Sciences:
From July 16, 2018 - to September 21, 2018

Other Schools:
From July 16, 2018 - to October 26, 2018

Summer break:
From August 6 to August 20, 2018 included

Note for Milan campus: August 29, 30 and September 12, 13 are dedicated to the Orientation Event and therefore enrollment activities will be suspended during these dates.

List of required steps and documents

Provide the following documents to the International Admissions Office:

  1. Students first-level university Diploma, official transcript, Dichiarazione di Valore or Diploma Supplement or Statement of Comparability (refer to post-admission instruction).
    Bring the original documents (only for vision) and a photocopy as well. Print this form and fill it in: it will be attached to the photocopies of your documents.
    If you face issues obtaining the documents from the Italian Embassy/Consulate by the deadline, you will have to agree on a new date for the submission with the International Admissions Office.
  2. Non-EU students residing abroad: Show your passport and upload a scanned copy of your study visa (D type) and codice fiscale to the Portale Iscrizione ai corsi, as soon as you receive them from the Italian Embassy.

 Our office will update your profile in the Portale (section "qualifications").

Log in to the Portale Iscrizione ai corsi and set the language of the interface to 'English' (language option on the top-right corner of the screen), then click on the application number.

Update privacy preferences.

Print the enrollment application form, fill it in and sign it both in the English and Italian versions.

EU residents are required to fill in the “applicativo redditi”. If your family income is not produced in Italy, but in Europe or an associated state, select “INCOME DERIVED FROM OUTSIDE ITALY”.


  1. The baptism certificate/ statutory declaration/ commitment to take an interview at Centro Pastorale (info by clicking on the question mark);
  2. Transcripts of Bachelor degree;
  3. The enrolment application form (see point 4);
  4. If you paid by bank transfer or MAV: receipt of successful transaction.


If upload of all documents is successful and validated, the status of your application will change into “Enrolled”. You will receive:

  1. The instructions to activate your ICatt email address and ICatt page;
  2. An appointment to submit the original copy of your enrollment application form and codice fiscale and collect your student card (Carta Ateneo);
  3. EU residents: on the same day, go to Polo studenti (Area contributi studenti) to submit your family income documents.
